A soft spoken “Servant Leader” who has dedicated his life to helping students be successful in school, sports and in life.  Randy has been a member of the Mid-Cities Optimist Club for over 32 years where he championed the HEBISD District Bicycle Rodeo each year and Bikes for Kids at Christmas Program.  1000+ bikes were donated to deserving students in HEBISD.
 
Dr. Moran coordinated the Dental Programs in HEBISD and BISD.  He made 100+ dental presentations to students, as well as, provided 4,000+ custom mouth guards for L.D. Bell High School and Richland High School.  Dr. Moran was the L.D. Bell High School team dentist 1981-1999.  He also was a longtime volunteer at the John Peter Smith Northeast Tarrant County Dental Clinic. Dr. Moran participated in numerous dental missionary trips volunteering his expertise to Mexico through Air Transport Arm of Christ.
 
From 1979-1990, Randy coached youth sports:  YMCA Flag Football; Little Dribblers, and Tri-Cities baseball.  Then in 1995, Randy became an HEB Sports Hall of Fame, first as an Induction Review Committee member, then next as a Board member for 20 years, and was Board President in 1999-2000.
